Kenya Power Token Response to Customers

The Kenya power company has said that the prepaid and postpaid bill payments are experiencing technical challenges,

Through its Twitter platform the company said that they are working on the challenges to restore the normalcy.

The announcement caused mixed reactions from the Kenyan citizens who were interested in knowing the primary causes for technical challenges.

The company offered sincere apologies on the issues and promised to work on the challenges to restore normal factor settings. Customers were requested to be patient and wait for the KPLC responses.

Few hours later, the company communicated through its Twitter platform on the resumption of prepaid tokens and postpaid bill payments. The company communicated that it has resumed its normal resumption and provided a pay bill number which could be used for payments.

Kenyans responded appreciating the company’s efforts in dealing with the technical difficulties and ensuring that they have restored the services with an immediate effect
