Former Citizen Tv News anchor Hussein Mohamed has been appointed by the United Democratic Alliance as the Head of communication.
The Deputy President made the announcement through his social media handles.
“Mohammed, the renowned TV journalist, has been appointed Head of Communications in the William Ruto Presidential Campaign. Welcome to the Hustler team.” Wrote Ruto.
Hussein left called it quits in 2019 after a ten-year stint at S.K Macharia station.
Mohamed moved into consultancy and was part of a project that was funded by the US government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
