Kapseret Member Of Parliament Oscar Sudi has alleged that Deep state agents are planning on how to rig the August 9 general elections.
The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) politician claimed that the plan will involve sabotaging the internet to manipulate the results
“The Hustler Nation is aware that Deep State agents are working on an elaborate rigging scheme currently being deployed by various ICT experts under the instructions of CS Mucheru. The plan involves sabotage of the internet exchange on Election Day and the use of various data centres to manipulate election results.” Sudi wrote on Facebook

In what seems like the return of Vifaranga Vya Computer, Sudi said that the results will be manipulated in favor of Azimio la Umoja One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga
“The data centers are heavily secured and equipped. The results manipulation will be done by introducing algorithms to achieve the already pre-set tally that gives their project Raila Odinga victory. That is why they are releasing fake opinion polls every two days to cheat the public.”
“They are bragging that even if the matter goes to the Supreme Court they have already struck a deal with the judges for a favorable ruling.”
In May, Deputy President William Ruto’s secretariat placed ICT CS Joe Mucheru at the center of the alleged plot.
“Of particular concern is the emergence of the outrageous video clip of ICT CS Joe Mucheru pledging his allegiance, committing public resources and institutions and declaring state support for Azimio la Umoja,” the team said in a statement then
“Some notorious officers of the government are perusing unlawful, irregular and unconstitutional means to incorporate an armed militia for the sole purpose of terrorising Kenyans and destabilising the country during the 2022 general election” claimed the MPs.
