Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has alleged that State House has ordered the Office Of The Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) system to be reopened illegally, tomorrow.
The Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) party leader through his Facebook said that the move is meant to sneak in more aspirants Jubilee Party.
“State House has ordered ORPP system to be reopened illegally tomorrow to sneak in more aspirants to the Jubilee list.” Kuria wrote on Facebook
Kuria went on to say that that’s how elections are rigged” Anne Nderitu, Wafula Chebukati, this is how rigging begins.” Kuria wrote
According to Registrar of Political Parties Anne Nderitu, the dateline for all aspirants seeking elective seats at the August polls is to finalize registering as members of political parties was on Saturday.
“All aspirants are reminded that Saturday 26th March, 2022 is the deadline to have been registered as members of the political parties they would wish to vie on,” Nderitu said in a statement.
