State House Spokesperson Kanze Dena has refuted reports that President Uhuru Kenyatta had planned a meeting in his home turf and later canceled the meeting.
According to State House, the President had neither convened nor postponed such a meeting.
“The President did not convene nor postpone any such meeting. Therefore, the information is false and misleading.” The statement read in part.
Kanze said that the President’s diary for the remainder of the week has several public engagements.
“His Excellency President Kenyatta’s diary for the remainder of the week and the weekend ahead has several public engagements of which Kenyans will be duly informed through established platforms.”
