TVET Curriculum Development Assessment And Certification Council(CDACC) Welcomes A New CEO

Today the TVET CDACC, marks the beginning of a bright future in the TVET sector in Kenya as they welcome Prof. Kisilu Kitainge as the new CEO. The event was held at their headquarters in Nairobi. “This moment symbolizes growth, progress, and continuous pursuit of excellence,” commented TVET principal secretary, Dr. Esther Muoria.
She added that the Kenya Kwanza Government is angling towards industrialization and is banking on the TVET sector to spur industrialization in Kenya. TVET CDACC plays a key role in the TVET sector and in ensuring that the Government realizes its industrialization agenda in Kenya.

The PS guaranteed that the pending certificates and transcripts will be released before the twentieth of December and that the TVETs are ready to comply with the CBET curriculum.

The incoming CEO, Prof. Kitainge assured the PS that he is ready for his new task and will get the TVET institutions to the best level he can take them.

The PS added, “I want to acknowledge and appreciate the significant contributions made by the outgoing CEO Mr. Njau under whose visionary leadership, TVET CDACC has achieved remarkable milestones, fostered partnerships, and implemented innovative initiatives that have transformed the landscape of technical education in our country.

We owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Njau for his tireless dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of TVET CDACC”
