Tessie Mudavadi to Youths: Respect President Ruto

Tessie Musalia, the wife of Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, has called on young people to show respect for President William Ruto and engage constructively in national dialogue.

Speaking in Nakuru on Thursday during the launch of the Young Entrepreneurs Business Forum, She emphasized the importance of mutual respect and open communication.

“If you have different views, share them in a respectful manner. We approached you with humility, and we ask you to do the same,” she said.

Tessie also encouraged the youth to embrace technology as a tool for business expansion.

Kenya and Zimbabwe have agreed to enhance trade and investment in both countries, even as they signed agreements to boost some of the major sectors of the economy.

She urged youths to utilize social media to promote their ventures and reach a broader customer base.

“Take positive advantage of everything that the county government is putting in place for young people to prosper,” she added.

Echoing her sentiments, Nakuru Deputy Governor David Kones underscored the need for the youth to adopt technology, highlighting the county’s efforts to support them.

He noted that the Nakuru County government has established several youth empowerment centers aimed at nurturing various talents among the region’s young population

“Nakuru County is in the process of developing the Nakuru County Youth Policy and the Nakuru County Youth engagement service bill, that will create a blue print for empowering the Youth” He said.
